Your commercial building is required to have an annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) one year after the Compliance Schedule has been issued.
We can manage your BWOF process from start to end, engaging the right IQPs (Independent Qualified Person) to carry out your inspections and maintenance. We will also provide support for your document management, application processes and ensure you have your certificate on display at the premise
